@Jellybeaner : Obviously you have never been stuck on the 610 Loop or somewhere on I-10 between Beaumont and Baton Rouge. Actually wearing some Depends makes way more sense.

Towboaters know @Jellybeaner ...some females state they have used them in the wheelhouse when they cannot leave due to driving extremely long distances for upwards of 8 hours at a time...I have never used one, not even when I was pregnant with my oldest...and yes, I was navigating the boat up until 3 weeks before he was born.

@TexasTideFan : Guess I have been living a sheltered life! And yes I have been stuck in some epic traffic jams but never investigated any emergency devices!! Ha

Guilty @billcherie2! My sons have pooped in the middle of nowhere too. In fairness...they both caught a stomach bug and we literally had nothing around for Miles and miles...I couldn't let them suffer and didn't wanna clean the poop outta the vehicle.

@Stella2020 : Yes impassable by car and not able to walk. Maybe swim but I wasn't about to get in that water with high winds, heavy rain, and lightning. When that stopped the water was full of debris. No way I was going across. Plus my car was on Northpark. No where to pull over. I was not going to leave my car to be towed.

@Stella2020 : well, to be honest I used to laugh at folks getting flooded in their cars on roads they drove everyday. I think it was the Tax Day flood in 2014, I was driving home from IAH at 11pm and got stuck on the 59 feeder north behind some cars that already stalled and I was driving a Chevy Blazer. Cars in front and cars behind me and the water came up really fast. I had water to my waist before it was over...so it does happen and you feel stupid.

How did you get stuck on NP for 10 hours?! Was it impassable due to high water, or did everyone just sit there not moving? I would have just pulled my car off to the side and walked. Holy moly.

@Stella2020 : High water.
