This just chaps my hide!!

Zero cars in the parking lot, no handicap plate, no handicap placard and no handicap people exiting the vehicle that I can tell â€¦

There are so many truly needing those parking spaces. They should never be used for convenience only.

@TOJ: I recently witnessed HPD issuing a citation to a Handicap Parking violator in the HEB parking lot. Being a placard holder and a walker user, I thanked the officer.

That's ridiculous. I was out today and the entire parked cars in the lot had no idea how to park in between the lines.

And..those who have a parking permit, but do Not have the handicapped person IN the car with them, which is Required, TO park in the handicapped spot. Out jumps the non impaired person, on their phone, taking up a space that may be Needed by someone who Really needs it. Grrrr.....

@TOJ : As a handicapped person, nothing pi$$es me off more than to see people parking in the handicapped parking spaces,with no placard, when they are perfectly healthy to park in a regular parking space.
