@Txbutterfly : I almost bought an elephant garlic at Walmart. It was really big and pretty. Then I read that they are much milder than regular garlic and can be eaten raw in salads etc.

@Txbutterfly : I saw that big garlic months ago...spring planting time. Only 1 elephant garlic sitting in the
bin with the regular garlic. I scanned it with my phone and it was 3.98. Somebody may have brought that in from the garden dept. I don't know. It was pretty though.

@Txbutterfly : I have tried elephant garlic and was not impressed. Its very mild and I found it sticky. I don't eat raw garlic but its a staple for cooking - rarely cook without garlic.
