He confirmed that they do NOT pass on the fee to the customer. They will also have the specials that DO include the salad as well. Yay, I love that! Their goal is to keep a lot of the spirit and memories of the restaurant along with a portion of the menu while also adding some new flavors and wines to the menu, which I personally think is great! With change, there will be some things people love and some things they don't, but you can count on finding some of your traditional favorites and some new favorites on the menu.

Sidenote, I wonder if local businesses have any idea how KDC has partnered with them in keeping businesses afloat. All the positive critiques have got to help.
