@KingwoodDotCom : FINALLY is right!! I know now where to take my folks while they're in town. Last week a friend and myself went to Dirty Juicy Burger and chatted with the owner (sister to owner of Italiano's) and said everything's completed and ready, just add staff. Glad to hear it's open sooner than I expected! I'm definitely going to support them this weekend. Best locally owned bang for the buck. 4951

Just remember: it's still a new set up, so give them a minute to settle in and get their groove. I would still go, but give them a little slack early on. 4951

@luckyduckydan : Yes you are correct. We had used the Humble number until the Kingwood location opened and got a phone line. I got the new number today from Susie and we will make the updates. The Kingwood location number is 281-747-7243.

I stopped in yesterday, I didn't eat, but wanted to see it. It is very beautiful and lots of natural light! 4951

@jlp8274 : they have Very good cannoli, by the way. I can hardly make it to dessert, as I eat so much dinner, but they are worth taking home, and eating later, while in your pajamas! ( or any stretchy pants!

I just talked with the folks at the North Park Italiano's. Unfortunately, they do NOT offer curbside and you can't prepay for to-go orders over the phone with a credit card. You have to go inside the restaurant to pay the bill and pick-up food. Their food may be good at the other locations (we haven't tried this location yet) but it's nice to see that Italiano's tradition of lack of any kind of customer service still continues... 4951

Went for lunch today. Service and food were all excellent! Had a good lunch crowd and I didn't notice any slowness whatsoever. 4951

So Excited. I have known Susie for many years. She is the best. Please support her and keep you negativity to yourself. Her food is amazing and so is she. Support family run restaurants and stores. Good luck Susie. Give them a chance to work out the kinks. 4951

@sweetie : I am not new here. People tend to take one bad experience as the norm and that is not always the case. I have lived in kingwood since 1977 and I have seen mean word of mouth comments play havoc with a small business. Post whatever you want. But at least do it with intelligence. 4951
