@LizBeth91 : Thanks for asking!
1) Obviously, you have your junk and you're not-junk. What I did was compare two exact things that are on both of the sites. So whether it is junk or not, it is the same. I actually saw these exact trees on a decorating video, and wondered where she got them and have looked for several months for them.
I think when you go to Walmart, you expect Walmart quality. When you go to Temu, you expect the cheap stuff to be cheap and the good stuff to be good.
2) Shipping costs? Shipping is free.
3) Returns? Returns are as easy if not easier than Amazon. What I mean by that is that usually, if I want credit for a product, I will get it refunded in a minute or two at the most. Of course, if you want just the refund, and do not plan future shopping, a return will take as long as it takes the bank to process it. I've never had to return anything I did not like. They just refunded it. But I haven't wanted to return much.
4) Security? Temu's security certification is on their site:

I personally don't use their app. I order online. I can't say anything about the app. But I will say that just about any site can be hacked into if someone wants to bad enough, but Temu appears to have taken every precaution to prevent that as much as any other legitimate site.
5) Delivery Time? They say 7-15 days. It's an average of 10, but many get it in less time. For the price difference, I can wait.
One of the most comprehensive and un-biased articles I have seen is this one by The Crazy Coupon Lady:

Now having said all of this, I am not saying any company is perfect. I could find fault I am sure, but I am trying to compare Apples to Apples, so if a person want Saks quality, I don't think they should check out Temu, but if they want Walmart, and maybe some above and some below that quality, and much of what you get on Amazon, then you're good.
I hope I answered all of your questions well enough! I guess if I had any complaint about Temu, I wish they would pack things a little better.
