Look at this park ! It's like a space ship and lots of things to climb ! There's one other family here and so the kids have someone to play with yay

All the elementary schools in humble ISD are getting new elaborate playgrounds. I would think we are all paying for it with our tax money but someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

@goldie : Yes all of the parks in HISD are getting redesigned and all have a different theme. The parks are very nice

FYI those Humble ISD playgrounds are treated as public parks when school isn't in session. You can take kids there to play, even if they don't attend that school.

Jack Fields Elementary is home to the Insperity Observatory. The first Friday of each month is open to the public. You have to have a ticket. When there are special events (planets visible, comets, etc.) they offer special viewings. They have multiple telescopes that are far beyond what most folks have.
