You run from the storm surge and hide from the wind. Evacuating out of Kingwood makes no sense. People died on the highway in Rita. Crazy. People were calling me like crazy asking are you evacuating? I said heck no it would be to dangerous. Stay in Kingwood. They listened.
But I did cut down my big oak that had issues, as I did not want a hurricane to take it down. Planted another one to take its place.
