@TownHubAdmin :
It's great that photos are published. Hopefully the criminals are arrested but then what - catch and release?

@Lulu45 :
Yes! Home Depot and Ulta, too. I think it's only a matter of time (and things open in Valley Center) that these businesses will shut down their Humble stores.

And when these thugs are caught, all they get is $100 bond! Ridiculous!

It's the lax prosecution of retail theft in Harris County. Plus, the stores have a "No Chase" policy.
Ultimately, the paying customer will pay for the loss of merchandise. The loss will be shared across the stores to make up for it.

@TEXASGIRLMAMMA : And take the chance he hasn't shoplifted their Christmas presents yet? Not likely.

Do any of these people ever get caught with these posts? Like the news, they tell you back in August, lol.
I'm sick of high prices to cover loss. I can remember back in the day when shoplifting was a real crime that was punishable. You went to jail, not a $100 bond to walk. This ability to pay **** needs to end. Can't do the time,
Don't do the crime.
Or sit your *** in a 6x9. No sympathy for a thief. Store, porch pirate, car breaker in, any of them. Young or old, do the crime, do the time. I think bail and fines need raising. You get one chance to correct your behavior or a 6 month lock down. Next crime a year, then five. Make those little imps wear sign boards saying, I'm a bad thief, I got caught and have been punished to wear this sign for a month, 10 hours a day. Make them stand on main street.
A few years ago in kroger a lady stole a bottle of sage at Thanksgiving. She knew I saw. I looked right at her and said, yes I saw that. Your family will be blessed to eat stolen sage. That's bad karma for them and you. She looked pale as I said, believe me, I'm a witch, I know things. She put it back and called me sick. Lol
Who's sick, the thief is. Lol
