Humble ISD Mosaic program hosting Open House 3/3/22 from 5-7pm
Have you heard about the Mosaic program at Humble ISD?
Mosaic is the innovative transition program for ages 18+ Humble ISD students who received special education services through modified TEKS-based high school curriculum and who are ready to actively transition into young adult life.
Mosaic serves young adult students who have completed all of their high school credits and state testing requirements and who require specific 18+ transition services beyond high school to meet Texas graduation code requirements as determined by their ARD committee during their senior year of high school.
Young adult students learn important self-determination and self-advocacy skills in three postsecondary goal areas: Training/Education, Employability and Independent Living Skills.
