J2911 : You can't give cash to a child, you give cash to the parent. They in turn spend it on whatever desperation sent them to the streets with their child, usually drugs, cigarettes, or alcohol.

1836 : They are clearly scamming peopleâ€¦ that's what LIARS do. people have proved it over and over. All over this country. The real problem is people like you who think you're cool defending it. And the cops who also KNOW it's a scam/lie but chose to do nothing about it.

@MissAmericanPie : Serious question...has anyone made a call to the police? I'm curious as to the response? I'm thinking not much as most on here are saying she travels quite a bit.

MissAmericanPie : Once again this leads to the question, what would you have the cops do about it? They can't invent laws to enforce though some do try to. It does appear this person is on private property, which means she may be trespassing. If she was asked to leave by the property owner or an agent thereof and refused to leave, then a crime has been committed that cops can do something about

@1836 : I think HEB would have a better chance at moving her than the cops. Wonder if management has ever spoken to her?

@Ruger5 : But here's the thing. There will always be people willing to donate to someone financially in return for whatever conviction they may have about giving. Think churches. People collectively give billions a year because they are convicted to do so for the most part. And, let's be real, you have no clue what the church elders are appropriating 100% of this money to. But people still give. I don't think it's a misguidance issue. I think if you're convicted to give, give. If not, don't. Very simple.

@ZMAN : I think you need to read their signs. Then do some research from all over the countryâ€¦ It's called deceit.
