@Spork: They add sesame to the crust along with oil so it gives it a crispier on the outside softer on the inside type texture. For spices, they tend to be heavy on oregano. Cheese is abundant yet thin some how. Its a very flat looking type of pizza, almost like the dough never rose. Where as NY pizza is a lighter fluffier crust, not as much oregano, but a very distinct sauce with thicker cheese. The real difference is the crust because the water is different, that is why NY has the best bagels, it is in the water.ÂÂ
