@WTF : when I used to buy eggs direct from a farm, I'd get these "easter" eggs. The egg shells were colorful but the egg itself was just a regular egg.

Interesting. We bought multi colored eggs from Knox Farm a few years ago. The taste was somewhat disappointing. Perhaps I expected too much. Is there any difference in taste in the HEB eggs?
