Good Morning!

As promised here are some pics. My little courtyard where I have my morning coffee watching Mr and Mrs. Say's Phoebe feed their babies. They are cute and entertaining. I think they will be my new "guard" birds- they make a fuss when someone comes into the courtyard.
Speaking of coffee- my hoarded supply of HEB coffee- there is another row behind what you see plus I haven't finished unpacking ðŸ¤£
Finally the new patio with the fire pit on it. The covered patio is still a hot mess. And Lordy those gardens on the left! Eventually there will be cute pots with flowers and tons of wall art. The crew really trimmed back my citrus- but it had to be done- it will come back. That box like sculpture was the previous owner's senior college project. She couldn't take it with her as they were downsizing into a patio home. I told her I was going to make a planter out of it. I envision flowers and trailing vines!!
Enjoy your day. I'm taking a break from painting and going to finish unpacking.

Enjoy it early before the concrete is so hot you can't step on it

@Labslady : Everything looks great. That box thing is very unique and will look great with flowers and vine. Oh, and I love the rubber ducky in the pool!

@msuz : I will- I know it is smaller than the one in KW- it's like 4 1/2 foot deep- they built it as a lap pool. Just perfect for us( and Cooper)

@Rocklady2020 : Yes it takes up most of our backyard- we do have side yards which I will be using for veggies. There will be flowers along the back wall

@msuz : Hubs said it's 40ft long and 12 ft wide. It's perfect for what we do- floating around !!

@sweetie : It was one of the main selling points esp since the backyards are tiny. We do live in a very very quiet neighborhood. I love taking my morning coffee there. Gets a little too warm in the day- the sun cooks the stucco. It was worth the money to have the pavers put in- those paver rocks are a pain in the butt- they go every where
