@Jonn : I agree with you there. Male gymnasts wear pans, female gymnasts wear hardly any clothes at all any more.

@elguapo : That would put an end to the controversy but, I have to agree with @Toohot because the competition would end up being inappropriate for family time TV. Those suits would not stay on like they should. These outfits would stay on better and serve the same purpose:

Two thousand years ago the Greeks and Romans got so strange and kinky that they started making their athletes perform nude at some events. Probably right before they collapsed from corruption and pure evil actions. We don't want to go there. We need to learn from their mistakes!!
