OK so we decided to switch it up tonight after we made the polenta. We decided to mash it into cakes and then fry it. Turned a nice golden brown. Finished it off in the oven. I would definitely do this again. served with our tomato caprice salad and grilled the chicken thighs. 4951

@Rocklady2020 : No polenta is like ground corn (similar to grits). Made with milk, butter, and Parmesan cheese. So good! 4951
