You might take him or her by Pet Ranch to get scanned for a microchip. They don't charge for scanning and it sometimes can shortcut the whole lost dog drama.

Poor baby- he's skinny and looks like he needs an eye surgery too.

I have two Bostons and they are the best dogs!

@zookeep : That is a "cherry eye". Common/harmless condition with smoosh face breeds
