Maybe the new housing should be deed restricted to being 3D printed sustainable zero carbon offset mud huts. Need cloud utility meters also so some unelected admin can adjust the heating, cooling and water use arbitrarily throughout the day. Really up those property values in the neighborhood with green new deal sustainably so your property taxes can increase and we can pay to hire more city administrative staff.
