@TEXASGIRLMAMMA : This is going to be very interesting. We need to make sure engineers are designing drainage for all new building everywhere before building any subdivisions in any place in the US.
We have to many people in this country and they are rapidly multiplying!

@ZMAN : NIMBY huh? I'm not surprised. I'm calling the mayors office with a recommendation that he may like. Low income, multi family HUD, multi use, green low impact, carbon neutral renewables project housing with a nice bright solar array farm and a few ginormous high pitch wind turbines to revitalize the neighborhood with pedestrian paths in between the existing homes. Be inclusive. Think of the children and their future world.

These lots won't need drainage. They are already the highest elevation in Kingwood.
