@bigcity : I'm not sure about the prep. I do t know if you are familiar with the Royal and Ryan morning show on KRBE, but I heard about him while listening to a podcast today when I was walking. From what the guy who was telling about him said he's in tip top shape and so is his family. He says he's huge!

@aarokay : I used to love L &O until I got food poisoning from some I ate at a cafeteria. I can't even say the L word without gagging. That was 28 years ago
