@Brat : Yuck. There is no way I'd ever eat liver again. My dad loved liver and I'd never eat it. I'd eat the onions from it though.

@Brat : Have you tried beef liver with onions at Luby's? It's good. Organ meat is healthy.

@Brat : My grandmother (from Czechoslovakia) used to make liver and onions with gravy made with a little vinegar. It was fabulous.

Both chicken and beef liver are great. Use it for fish bait and eat the fish!

@Brat I like beef liver, slice it thin, fry it up w onions and make brown gravy and mashed taters
