I'm trying to catch up with you but I'm happy to let you keep the lead! I'm curious tho, and apologize if I missed a post about it, Zman, but what helped your aching feet?
@larpa : I started doing a bunch of PT exercises and stretches I found online. Its still not fixed totally, but I can tell its getting better.
I'm doing a lot of roller work on the bottom of my left foot while sitting at my desk and really stretching my toes backward and forward. I'm also doing a couple different Achilles tendon stretches and exercises. It seems to be working after just a week of doing it.
