My only advice for you is to make sure that you are comfortable. It will be a long day and there's nothing worse than being uncomfortable in a difficult situation. Hugs

Then I find out that people now wear blue jeans and shorts? Whatâ€¦â€¦â€¦ I wanted to dress like everyone else.

@Airborne319 : People wear anything these days to funerals, weddings, church. I am OK with their choices. I just choose to dress very conservatively. I am there to honor the deceased and their family. I go to pay my respects and remember the life now gone.

that would be fine; you do not have to wear black, as dark/navy blue is acceptable, too.
