Dirty Kingwood Town Center fountain. It needs some power washing!!!. Who's maintaining it? HOA?

@0007 : That's the least of your problems. I'm still trying to figure out why Kingswood has a rusty guardrail lying on the side of the road going toward East End Park. How long has that been there?

0007 : That's the least of your problems. I'm still trying to figure out why Kingswood has a rusty guardrail lying on the side of the road going toward East End Park. How long has that been there?

If I remember correctly Alspaugh's was maintaining it.
It does look pretty bad.

@0007 : Most of the businesses in Kingwood are in a business association. They do not fall under HOA state guidelines. I am not even sure if there are any state regulations.
