Didn't someone here collect old plates?

Was about to toss this thing but remembered someone here collected or did something with old plates

No, not oil pots, it's cute tho. I do cup and saucers or lonely China ðŸ˜€ I actually broke a blue plate, that may be a perfect replacement

Google didn't find the pottery, but I'm still going w oil due to the size. There was probably a dish that went with it. Possibly a larger vessel for vinegar, some of the ones google pulled up said vinegar but they looked bigger.
