yodacat : she's doing ok, I'm just missing the whole point of dogging on the mall. I've been going there for 2 decades and it doesn't seem to have changed that much other than some different tenants and a much harsher operating environment for the owner.

@asasolid2r : I think the biggest issue they've had there is vehicle break-ins when people have left stuff visible / irresistible to the crooks. That can happen anywhere, dependent on the level of mall security.

@buffaloglenn : next thing you they will be peeling kdc stickers off cars in the parking lot and reselling them in the food court for a Starbucks fix.

But I do agree Deerbrook along with Humble has been ghetto for about 10 years now. It will soon carry the appellation "G-brook."

@Jamesthomas : Humble's decline accelerated in late 2005 and has steadily got worse. Gentrification of inner-city neighborhoods brought more crime north.

@CaffeineFree : I think the decline more likely started when they could no longer drill and hit gushers out on Moonshine Hill.
