Deerbrook mall in decline. I know Deerbrook has been hurting for a while and the whole mall business plan has been dead for years but I saw "Nova Furniture" opened up at Deerbrook. I guess the mall will turn ghetto before actually closing? Could this be another Greenspoint?

@Reverb2000 : Been ghetto for a number of years. I haven't been in years. The closest I get is Macy's for purses once or twice a year, maybe, and Hobby Lobby.

I need a new recliner for my office, has anyone been to Nova Furniture yet? How are the prices?

I've been walking there for months. Ever since they took out that video game room there's not the same amount of teens hanging around.
It's is just normal middle class people.
I watched a young lady from Footlocker chase down a shoplifter Tues. and he was a white teen dressed very neat and clean. He dropped the clothes and ran.
