I couldn't find the post for Mondays Supper but this was mine. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes & gravy, purple hull peas & onions, pickled beets, cornbread an Sweet Tea!

Looks sooo good @NeenaC0629. It's my Friday night at work....so we ordered out! We had Chipotle...it was okay.

@NeenaC0629 : Now that is a southern dinner! My mother used to make purple- hulled peas and pink eyed peas. She would also pickle beets and make homemade pepper sauce.
