@Reverb2000 : Saw "my child is 3 with cancer" sign and another with "My bruh killed by drunk driver. Need money to berry him" in Town & Country/Memorial area. Then a gal with a very small sign said "I need $15 for WEED". She's at San Felipe & Westheimer. She came to my car window and apologized and said I'm just trying to be truthful. Alrighty then. . 4951
These people are getting ridiculous.. people have to stop giving these scammers money. Notice all their signs say the exact same thing and are identical. They were laughing and joking when we went through there. Get a job!! 4951

The important thing to note, was that every single one of them had a face mask on, covering most of their face. I believe what they were doing is not allowed, illegal, and by covering their face, it made them difficult to identify who they were. 4951
This weekend, I saw two people with competing signs sitting across the street from each other, giving each other the evil eye... ; ) Begging turf wars going on over there. 4951
A friend of a friend found her own daughter on one of the signs in Sugarland a few years back. The friend said the child was in a serious accident and needed funding to help. She had her daughter's photo posted on her personal social media sites. Low life scammers stole the photo as their own and paraded it at an intersection. Imagine the shock... It's just sickening! 4951
