I'm not surprised. The first night we got my mil back to California my sil picked a holiday Inn express. We took the more expensive of the two she had and then my sil bailed. The suite was a moldy nasty smelly *** ****. I was livid by morning. Then when to double tree and was greeted by beautiful balcony doors. I flung them open, stepped out to see trash on the veranda roof. Not just typical trash, dirty diapers etc people chucked over the rail that was my view. Stuck for a few nights but moved to paradise at Dana point San Diego. I could finely breathe fresh air and had a beautiful view of the bay and yacht club.
It is why I do a roll up and inspect. These hotels are lying about the sanitizer etc.
I will say most newer la Quintana and Hampton Inn have been consistently super clean and everything like remotes are sealed and rooms have a seal on the door the guest must break. 4951

If you haven't stayed at any America's Best in random states in the West, you're just not living life to the fullest. They have insect species that have yet to be recognized by science. I think they supply every room with one set of sheets at grand opening and they remain on the bed until the hotel is demolished, or burns down in a meth cooking incident. 4951
