You cat people forgot to warn me that my occasional visitor would bring me presents and it's not even my birthday!!ðŸ¤£

I think I'd rather have that present in the form presented to me than running across it somewhere else in its original conditionâ€¦my indoor cat loves to leave me socks. My son leaves his socks on the floor of his room and my cat brings at least one down to me EVERY morning.

Our kitty is a bit older, but back in the day lizards & geckos were no match for her! When she was a kitten, she used to carry around avocados & jalapenos all over the house! What a trophy!

Consider yourself lucky. Long ago and far away I had a cat that brought me a live gopher (thru kitty door) and turned it loose in the house. Good times!

my sister's cat came in the other day with a 'body'. we were on the phone, and she started yelling at her cat, Sam. She got the 'body' out of the house. I reminder her this is Why I do not have cats!

Stray cat comes every now and then I always leave food out for her. She came one day and left a squirrel tail at my back door. I looked in my garden and she's eating the brains out of the squirrels head. And I think to myself why do I make sure she's got clean water? Why do I make sure that her food is good for her? Yuck

Exactly! I have said the same thing. Fresh and clean water, good food, then they get something. Mine usually will not eat anything, but DH said he got a lizard the other day and it looked partly eaten. I rescue whatever he is getting but every now and then I am too late. Mine likes to get moles.
