If its not real deep I've heard putting dry ice on them will cause them to pop back out.
Maybe one of the guys knows more about this.

This is always so frustrating. We have even parked further away - but sometimes some random person still parks close and dings our car. I think it is just a bit of idiocracyâ€¦ I was taking my MIL to the doctor not too long ago. After I parked - she just swing out the door without any thought to the car next to us (thankfully I was there to help her out of the car and caught the door). She was just completely clueless. Kind of scary reallyâ€¦ she still does it but I am always ready now.

I had my car dinged @ HEB or my apartment but I think it was @ the grocery store because when I got to my car, there was a basket just left in an empty space by me. I was so **** bc I always return my cart and knew my former neighbors and we were always cautious and courteous about our parking spaces. The damage wasn't bad but I keep my car in immaculate condition and some cart must have hit my car because I only left once that morning.

If it's a new car the warranty usually covers dents smaller than an iphone

My old beater that I drive downtown to work is covered in door dings. People just don't care.

Car door ding Someone dinged my car door with a shopping cart. (it's a new carðŸ˜¡). It's not big-about nickele or even dime size- and no paint missing. It's just a shallow ding and probably most people wouldn't notice it but it's on my driver's side door and I notice it every dang time I get in my car. It steams me because I'm careful about parking and not getting close to other cars. But of course, you have no say in who parks next to you when you have already gone inside.

@teatime : I hate this. We have taken our cars to Crash Champions and they have a guy who can get those little dents out while you wait. I'll ask hubby if he still has the guys card. For our car it was like $100 but there were maybe 4 little dents. I have also thought about getting this: Manelord Dent Puller - 53pcs Car Dent Puller

@teatime : I park as far away as I can, and walk all the way to the store that I need to go into. I try to park where I think other cars are too lazy to park. But always seems like someone will come close to my new car .

My husband was up at Texas A&M driving my son's car and a lady hit him in the parking lot at HEB. She said it wasn't her car and my husband didn't seem to care. Yes, the car is older and I would have gone crazy on her if it was me. I would have called the cops. So, we now have a permanent dent on the passenger side. Bottom line - people don't care.

Same thing happened to me. My car was only a few weeks old. Driver's door, not paint problem, but it was like a freaking neon light. I couldn't NOT see it every time I got in the car. I went back to the dealer, and they fixed it. It was worth the $75.

@kingwooddiscgolf : I have no clue! What kind of glue would you suggest? It can not be something that would stick to the paint or take the paint off.
