See what the HOA can pay the builder for more retention than required. 2. Get involved with the HOA. They too let their residents down by not protecting home values. 3. As home owners the hardest part will be leaving emotion at the door. Logic will get you further. 4. Invest in house raising like they had to do in Braeswood.

There was a gully there before. That peice of land was draining away from the neighborhood. They clear cutted removed the gully now as evidence the streets fill with mud and silt along with the homes. 4951
