Anyone have any experience dealing with these folks?
Good? Bad? Ugly? Thinking about taking my car to them for some repairs. Thanks!

I have and they are good. However they will inspect your car and point out ALL the issues that need repaired or serviced. They have a really nice waiting room with a very nice coffee machine! It can be shocking and pricey. We got an oil change done a couple of times. However, I just go to G&S to get our vehicles serviced. Craig and his team are great on keeping your vehicle on the road!

I had some tire work done at G&S.

Fast. Good. No complaintsâ€¦And they didn't try to rebuild anything. Did exactly as requested.

Yes I would recommend G&S all day. I fortunately haven't had to use them in several years now but they were always professional, fair priced, and honest.

You should just fix it Yourself. People these days could learn to stop paying everybody else to do their work for them and you sound like the type that hires too much anyway. Happy Trails.

@RoughnTumblin : Not everybody has the skills nor the tools/equipment to make some repairs themselves. I know I don't have an engine diagnostic machine in my garage.

I will never go back there again.

They are horrible with communication. If you want a good shop you should go to a good ol boy place that doesn't look fancy. Caliber has these college kids that act like sales men. Plus, the location is a joke.

I use sauls in porter. They have a 4.9 star review on google.

Caliber is just a A corporate money grabber.

You are paying for all of their fancy bull crap.
If you know then you know.
Which would you rather choose?

@NeverPayRetail: ive already gotten my car fixed and did not end up using Calibur. Found a great mechanic that comes to you, and he was able to properly diagnose my issue and fix it on the spot! Didn't use Calibur because i got that bad feeling about them. Sure enough, the issue they diagnosed was not the problem at all!

I had used them and had a great experience but they are not cheap. Insurance paid, so not an issue in my case. Service and communication were very good and the work was excellent and quality.

Had my car inspected at Caliber and the customer service was great. But I know a mechanic who works there and, if they would hire him, I would never let them do more than an inspection.

@Happyface : We only take our vehicles to Kingwood Service Center at corner of NP and WLHP. Excellent group.
