@QueenB : @ruger5 Noooo! I am not running. Did a 5K about 5 years ago or so. Coached a lot of wheelchair marathoners back in the day.

Just sitting waiting for overall results!

I am sure there are some other KDCers running in the various distances and congrats to them also!!

@SteveT: Well you still get credit for the 5K and extra credit for coaching the wheelchair marathoners!! Of all the things in the world to do, running is my least favorite. And every time I see someone running they look like they are in pain! God bless those who love it though.

Lordy, I do good to make 3 miles in an hour. I can't even imagine running for 3 hours much less that distance! I would need a defibrillator.
