@Bloom : I remember the Goodyear blimp from years ago. My dad took a ride in it and he said it was fun.

@Gammyof2 : I got to fly it once (as co-pilot) when I was a kid. It was a lot of fun.

Our family was fortunate enough to get tickets for a private ride in it when it was in Spring. My kid's favorite memory was the pilot flying it over Hakeem Olajuwon's home.

I'm super jelly of those of you who have ridden in blimps! How fun!

@Heathur : It was definitely a bucket list moment for my husband!

@Bloom : I was in a meeting downtown Wednesday and we are on the 24th floor with floor to ceiling windows. My back was turned to the windows behind me (I'm terrified of heights and that conference room kills me haha) but my coworker across from got this excited look on his face and hopped up and ran to the window behind me.... it was the blimp. He was like a kid on Christmas. I told him to sit back down and get away from the windows because I was going to have a heart attack. LOL No one listened, everyone got up and took pictures but me.....

@Bloom : It was so funny, all the guys pulled out their phones and were taking pictures... I was like guys I know the inner kid in you has come out BUT my hands are sweating! haha
