I haven't been able to work out this week like I usually do, the kiddos take up my evenings with their sports
@Kittle...so the knee is feeling a bit better, but I still can't keep putting off the inevitable! I have a few calls lined up for Monday to see about getting an appointment soon! Thank you dear friend! And yesterday was a beautiful day for me....busy as all get out at work, and then the kids and I finished clearing out the flower beds when I got home from work (only 6 bags of leaves and clippings)...but it feels so good to have that done!!!! Tonight we go out for Ice Cream when I get home! Yay!
