There's a company called Acme, and they sell spring-loaded boxing gloves that you could hook up under the counter. If the teller feels threatened, step on the trigger and BOOM, knock the wannabe thief in to the next time zone.

A more drastic approach can also be taken, Acme also sells anvils. The teller trigger could drop the anvil on the wannabe thief instead, smooshing him or her flat causing them to waddle around, making a sound like a squeezebox. They'd be easy to apprehend in either case. 4951

@Bloom : Maybe that's just her coat she wears on the day she steals. I didn't even know there was a woman robbing the bank. She may come from Porter or Houston to rob the bank and no one would really know her 4951
