10/10 MORNING AVERY UPDATE: Avery's leg surgery for today has been postponed until further notice, due to swelling that has not gone down enough. Will update surgery information as it becomes available. Avery and her family thank you all for your continued support. Please continue to pray for them, and please continue to send your well wishes and words of encouragement! 10/11 MORNING AVERY UPDATE: Looks like it's going to be another up and down day for our Avery girl. Her fever has returned and they are currently running tests to try and determine the cause. The family has asked that any visitation for today please wait until this afternoon (after lunch), unless something changes. Please continue to pray for Avery's healing, her family, and her medical team. It is definitely appreciated! Also, Avery's fund page is up and running. 10/11 EVENING AVERY UPDATE: After a day of fighting an up and down fever, it appears it has finally stayed down. Avery was able to FaceTime with some of her classmates, which as you can see, brought that beautiful smile back to her face! 👏🏻 Her appetite also appears to be coming back, although you wouldn't know it by the look on her face! Is it the spaghetti, or maybe the hat?? 🤔 All things considered, today was an improvement over the last couple of days. As of right now, the are no restrictions on visitation for tomorrow, so feel free to visit Avery and help keep her spirits up!! Please keep those prayers and words of encouragement coming!
