No wonder they are so bad. Parked here about 11 AM this morning, it was clean, now about 3 PM it's covered in yellow

I looked to the top of one of our tall pines and it looked like it was on fire. A cloud of yellow was billowing around the top. Load up on that allergy med! It's bad out there! The cars are kicking up the yellow dust all over the ground. The sidewalk on the right side of KW drive near Kingwood Lakes heading east is completely green with pollen. 4951

My allergies are always worse before the pollen gets to this point. February is always brutal for me barring excessive cold and/or rain. 4951

Mine are kicking my butt.............. Passed up an outside get together. Couldn't imagine being outside for hours. My house is cold inside but I refused to open windows & have the pollen come in. 4951

FYI, Walmart Neighborhood Market carries 14 generic Zyrtec (cetirizine) for 88 cents! They have a selection of 88 cent generic medications. 4951

All Walmarts have the generic Zyrtec, though the Kingwood one seems to always have plenty of stock.

I commented to my husband that it looked like a fire in the distance. When stopped at a red liggt, we saw the evil yellow clouds just before our eyes. 4951

If we have a few sunny days and then get a light rain, there will be little rivers of yellow pollen as it washes away. All the rain we have been having has been beneficial by knocking some of the pollen out of the air.Edited: If I take antihistamines for more than a day, I usually end up with a sinus infection. I take one of the little red Sudafeds when my sinuses get stuffy. It's a decongestant and doesn't dry my sinuses. 4951

That car looks better than mine!Â We have two blue cars, they look green!!!Â I hang our laundry out on the line when it's nice enough (finally!) and you could literally see the pollen in the air.Â I am SO glad I don't suffer from allergies!Â My poor 3 month old was sneezing all day though.Â Poor little guy, didn't seem uncomfortable, just sneezing. 4951
