@ZMAN : I am so happy for you. You have shown a lot of discipline! Do you stay in your regimen while on vacation? I went off my diet on my vacation last week and gained 4 lbs!!
UGH- getting back on my saddle this week though and dropping that.

@teatime : It's probably mostly water weight. don't beat yourself up. Like you said, just get back on the saddle again, and I'm sure by next week it will be gone. Or...take a few laxatives! lol

@Rolnwithmyhomie : Yes, I think it is water gain. I already lost 2 of the pounds I gained. I learned my lesson though. The margaritas were good but not worth it!

@HappyHerself : He's the best. Mazin Ganim. Started going to him when he was new to Humble and it was just him and a nurse in the office. At least 30 years ago, maybe more.

@teatime : Well, there y go! They have lots of salt and sugar. Sometimes you just have to live a little. The main thing is, is that you realized you can't follow the same patterns always if you want to lose, or maintain the weight you want. Take a day or two to indulge, and then get back at it. Good on you for already losing 2 of those pesky pounds.
