Aaron Best, owner of Best Auto Repair!

Tell us a bit about your business: What does your business offer, and how long have you been around?

At Best Auto Repair we offer complete mechanical diagnostics and repairs. We’ve been proudly serving Kingwood and surrounding areas since 1983.

How did you decide to get involved in this line of work? How did the business get started?
I have been involved in the shop from a very young age. My father, Keith Best, would always take me to work with him. My father broke away from the corporate auto repair business and decided to open his own place here in Kingwood in 1983.

Tell us a couple things you are proud of about your business. What are you known for? What separates you from the competition?

I’m proud of being a family owned and operated business that has been around for move than 40 years! At Best Auto Repair we are known for our quality work and exceptional customer services. We will fix your vehicle right, THE FIRST TIME!

What is your favorite part of running this business?
My favorite part of running the business is taking care of the people. Car maintenance and car trouble is stressful. At Best Auto Repair we care about you and your vehicle! I love being a family-owned local business where we know our customers and can offer a hug or a prayer in a time of need!

Who is your ideal customer/client? Who do you serve best?

Our ideal client is anyone in need of mechanical work. We pride ourselves on taking great care of our customers.

Can you tell us something about yourself as the business owner? What is your background?
As the business owner, the best thing I can share about myself is my Christian faith. Without Jesus I am nothing.
My background began when I was a kid! I grew up in the shop learning the trade and how to work with customers. Working hand in hand with my father is one of my fondest memories growing up.

Are there any special promotions, annual sales, or special events that you'd like to mention?
Come out and see us at Our Annual Fall Care Show at Kingwood’s Town Center on 10/13/24.

Is there any other information you'd like your potential customers/clients to know about your business?
At Best Auto Repair we take pride in taking care of our first responders, military, veterans and teachers by offering a 10% discount off the total bill.

How do you see your business growing and improving over the next couple of years?

I’m always looking forward to growing and improving and to see what God has in store for me next!
