Kingwood Park High School Panthers lose 24 – 21 to Barber’s Hill at Friday night’s Homecoming Game at Turner Stadium.
No one can dispute that the KPHS Panthers are playing much better this season than last year. Although this was a heartbreaking loss for Kingwood Park, most would agree they are playing a higher caliber of football.
Coach Holley (Panthers Head coach) shared his thoughts with Kingwood.com. "It was a hard fought contest against a well coached and disciplined Barbers Hill team. I am really proud of the effort the boys gave all night. We are really getting close to being a pretty good football team. We have a big game at Galena Park next week."

Friday’s Homecoming game featured special appearances by some young performers, as the Silver Stars accompanied honorary team members who had attended their “Dancing Inferno” clinic the previous week. It made for a great show.
