Are yall pumped for the pickle festival?

Hm...I never really got the pickle festival thing...pickles are fine. I eat them on burgers and sandwiches sometimes...once or twice a year I'll eat a pickle on its own...

Joe : smh not a true pickle enthusiast I see 😆 lol I've always wanted to go but had to work but this year im at home with the baby so we can finally go 🤣

I did go to the Pickle Festival in 2023 as it was on my birthday.

it's not that big, if I remember from someone here going, in the recent past. some were disappointed, as it was expensive, too. Hope you all get to enjoy it; photos please, if you go.

LittleTexas : yeah I've heard its kinda underwhelming, mostly just wanted a reason to walk around and see some whimsy lol

thanks for the photo, I knew someone here had been. this is one of those 'events' that they put on in many places, and they are pretty cookie cutter; all the same. I went to a Summerween event, back in August, and it was the same. Underwhelming, and expensive. But, if someone wants to get out and walk around, it is a good op, for that.

They had the Organizer on "Houston Live "today talking about this and did some blindfold sampling with the hosts.....She has been a regular at the Kingwood Market as the "Jelly Girl" and lives in Atascocita.....

I have never been before, but I do like pickles.
Sweet or Bread and Butter are my favorites, but I do like dill, too.
