I am about to turn 71. I am still fighting the fact that I am old.

@MusicFan :
Sneaks right up on you. I no longer like mirrors in my house. I just turned 66 but feel like I'm still 39, lol. Every time I look in a mirror an old lady is looking at me. I don't have wrinkles on my face, I have very few gray hairs that blend well with my hair, still have my legs ( strangers ask me how i keep them at our age), but the arms are my tell. I don't lift or work half as hard as I used to.
I still dance like it's 1999, still have the childhood silliness.
I keep kick'n the can.

It is hard to believe when you realize you are old. I never thought this would happen to me. It is hard.

@MusicFan : So did I. I don't recognize myself anymore and really wonder where the time went.
