As someone so devout (and I mean this as a compliment), surely you must realize there is alot of cruelty going on with immigration enforcement.
And you must be bothered by that.

For argument's sake, let's assume that is true. (not conceding the point).
Why would you not also be bothered by the cruelty of immigrant treatment that is occurring now?
Cruelty is inherently immoral, correct?
Your finding another instance of cruelty does not absolve you of indifference to this cruelty.

Investigate further if you dont believe what is being reported.
But it is not right to turn a blind eye to this.

And on that subject, I dont trust the reporting--and feel I should investigate this further.

Probably wont do this right away-as I am focused on the election.
But my method would be to go to my trusted sources and see what they have to say.
And also look at Fox (I guess that is where you got this story) and see where they agree and where they do not.
Then find neutral commentary--if it is out there.
