Positive or Negative? Which Are You?

my sister can get negative and argumentative, at times. She is going through a hard time, right now, and no idea when things will lighten up , for her. I have to say, though, she does Not say ugly or dismissive things, ever. That would keep me up, at night...just being rude and ugly; sometimes to people you do not even know. Why?
