PSA . Friend in Kings Manor had some ladies knock on her door.
They wanted to see the house and tour it as it was ready for November 1st move in.
HOUSE IS HERS AND NOT FOR SALE, NOR RENT. Ladies were sincere.
Friend looked it up on apartments.com and voila there it was.
She had to make some calls to get that remedied pronto.

Probably your house is for lease online. Scammers lease it out collect the money and people try to move in. Then they realize they been scammed. Happens all the time.

it happens more often... plus folks come home from 2 week vacation and key does not fit the lock and someone moved in. squatters are there too. sad situations
