Barbrandy : Do you have the Pinterest app? There are a LOT of pictures of styles for a woman of a certain age. It's best to have a picture of what you want done than trying to describe it to your stylist.

Yes I have quite a few pictures but I think I might need to grow my hair to one length first.. not sure. I have short hair but it's not spunky!! It's boring.

I am old, too, but I have fine hair so I can't help you there. I would think once you decide on a style that there is a product to help you achieve the look you want!

I also have thick curly hair that grew back after chemo. The hair around my face is down right unruly so I have to hot roll my hair for it to look nice. I hate my hair and all my life it has been my crowning glory. No more shower and go like before the chemo. If you get in to see Patrick I would love to hear your feedback!And, as a fellow survivor with chemo hair, I would be interested in what brand and type of products you use on your hair at home. I've tried quite a few products that are supposed to tame unruly curly frizzy hair but so far none of them really work.

I'm not sure. I usually get a deep conditioning as well as cut and style and it's maybe 150 with a good tip. He's pricey though but worth it.

I go to Angela at Petals and Pearls. Gone to her for 15 years. Love her. I'll get you her number if interested. Does all ages of ladies and never "old lady" (I certainly am!)
