THANK YOU BOB. I AM SAD. Seems they can not get their act together to use the funds and do the job in the time frame allotted. Seems inexcusable and inefficient to waste the funds and not hve the job completed. Better to worked round the clock with more help to get the job done. Cannot run a business like that.
